There are precedents of rape used as punishment, so it naturally follows from your apparently unqualified approval of corporal punishment.

Obviously, there are degrees of approval of corporal punishment, so it doesn't have to be - but it makes it necessary for you to state that you personally are not for rape as punishment.

Part of the matter also is that even short of rape used as punishment, your property argument naturally implies the right to rape "just for the lulz".

Another part of the matter is of course the over-debated (on GC at least) issue that in incest in particular it becomes harder to gauge the consent of a child. No matter how consensual the parent tries to make it, there will always be the issue that they have a specific, permanent and fixed authority over the child, and the child is likely to react to that, a lot more so than with "a random adult" or even with other authority figures that are not as permanent or as fixed.

And btw, I don't think you did know that raping parents (and I do mean literally raping, not "statutory" rape) in the USA are almost exempt from any sort of legal punishment, all the way to 18???
