By your logic, parents who abuse their children should be allowed to continue doing so, and noone should interfere. Your stance is very selfish, putting your desires above the objective needs of the child, and ignoring others' desires to help children. I wonder how you feel about the prospect of a childlover having an affectionate relationship with your child.
