Yes, that's actually what I meant. Not sure if it was clear. It's what they believe us to be that they think badly of, and it has nothing to do with what we call ourselves.

I honestly believe that a lot of people would be okay with us if they knew how we really are. Not all, of course; maybe not even most. But a lot of them.
