Here's a lovely quote from Oklahoma State Senator Jay Paul Gumm (who wrote a similar law) "We allow the death penalty for someone who has killed a body, why would we allow someone to escape who has killed a soul?"

I'm sure that girl will be real pleased to learn that her soul is dead.
