Could be to find a way to encode it in the forum software as a sticky or something. Intermittant warnings are not enough.

This is seriously something I wish I read, and which was emphasized more as to understand it.

Giving a warning is not enough, you need to give examples, ones people can relate to, this way it will be taken more seriously and not brushed off by people who think 'oh, that won't happen to me, I'm too young, I'm too nice, I didn't say anything'.
