Well my problem with Kiddie Porn is simply that it entails to many things. If it were limited to say sex acts with children then I would frankly support such laws and rules. The problem with the laws is that it expressses no to everything which I can't support. It is true that some people have been charged for things like having taken pictures of their kids in the bath etc. One of the most famous poses in the world would be the nude baby on a bearskin rug. What is so sexual about that. What is so wrong about the kids playing in the bath tub? and usually you can't see anything sexual anyway as it is covered by bubbles. These things I don't even believe they can be said to be soft core, they are no core at all. But this is really what most people are charged with while LEO claims there are thousands of pics on someone's HD.

Rational application of laws is what is needed but in too many cases things are way blown out of proportion so as to make things look bigger than they are. This is for no other reason than to meet a political agenda and keep people away from the truth about how things really are. The worst the economy gets the more the politicians will need more scape goats such as Pedophiles and Muslims as terrorist.

The Politicians need to steer people away from the fact that thouands of jobs have been lost and not recovered. They need someone else to blame for all the bad things. Right now we are the easy target.
