I see no reason why posting people's information can ever NOT be legal. Except for protected witnesses and state security perhaps.



Their entrapments might be illegal but their outing isn't.
(By itself, at least - there are ways in which the methods used to get your data might be illegal, but the action itself of outing isn't)
