That could easily be done using the current ANU blog format. If the date is set to something like "January 1, 1900", it will not dominate the index.

To be honest, that would be a problem. I want ANU to be anti-contact; I'm not personally pro-contact, nor do I personally feel that pro-contact activism is helpful.

If you wish to promote "AoC reform", I'm sure that other people will be prepared to host something for you.
