The problem is...

First, this is a good idea. I am not arguing against it, S DG. The problem is, though, that this idea and similar ones have been brought up time and again. You maybe get maybe a handful of people- 5 to 10- who are enthusiastic about it. Of those, you get a follow through problem with maybe, maybe, one or two actually creating, printing up, distributing a few pamphlets.

So the end result of this decent idea is a few pamphlets spread around a couple of random towns and perhaps one or two being sent to a random politician or journalist.
