...we have to have enough courage to stand for CHANGE. Hence, even though some of what the Green Party may represent sounds "far-fetched and dreamy," we would have a chance of acquiring a better society if only enough of us got behind it and supported it. Real change is possible if enough of us want it...we don't have to stand for something similar to what we have now. I am a soldier for change, and I do not believe we are destined to have a system similar to this one forever. If MAA's ever want to live peacefully, we NEED change. The only MAA's who defend the status quo almost as-is are the anti-contact MAA's, because they stand for assimilation. But WE stand for change. I know a lot of youth liberationists also stand behind the Libertarian Party, but keep in mind that during the late '90's the Green Party almost became a force to be reckoned with. I believe they are capable of doing it again, though I do agree right now that their support has diminished since that particular election. But the Libertarians barely have greater support, and I think their economic policies turn off a lot of Left-leaning people. Then again, Freeflux says that a lot of leftists stand for tweaking the Libertarian Party, so we will see what happens.

We definitely NEED a third party, and this means CHANGE.
