As a law student I know that this would never hold up in a court of law,Meaning : creative activity (writing or pictures or films etc.) of no literary or artistic value other than to stimulate sexual desire .

Sexual activity is the definition of pornography and they cannot say that artistic nudityt, or fully clothed persons posing for an artistic value is illegal.. Sure, they can try but It will never hold up.

You are right, it IS insane that they would try to limit the artistic expression of art and photography of clothed persons but they will try anything to drive us completely underground.
