it is officially illegal in the united states.

i was reading this on boy chat, there is a post ⚠️ ↗ about a new law that has just passed in the u.s. it forces any internet service provider to report almost all images of children that are 'illegal'. but they define illegal image of a child as basically anything.

here is one quote from that article:
The definition of which images qualify as illegal is expansive. It includes obvious child pornography, meaning photographs and videos of children being molested. But it also includes photographs of fully clothed minors in overly "lascivious" poses, and certain obscene visual depictions including a "drawing, cartoon, sculpture, or painting." (Yes, that covers the subset of anime called hentai).

i find this really insane.

i hope that all of u who live in the united states are careful with what u download from now on. i will just continue to be glad that my government is not as crazy as in the u.s.
