Adult Incest is probably legal in the USA

Ever since the gay-sex-is-legal Supreme Court decision, any law that keeps consenting adults that aren't involved in any power-relationship from having sex is probably going to be tossed on its proverbial ass the first time it's enforced.

You want to have sex with your daughter? Fine, wait until she's 18, financially independent, and in a position where you can prove that she's not being controlled or overly influenced by you.

In practice, this means waiting until she's been out of school and living on her own for a couple of years.

Anything less and you will wind up in jail for a long time.
