Sometimes it can be healthy, sometimes it turns into obsession. I think the reason it turns into obsession isn't because it's Paedophilia, but because society keeps outlets away from us. If your favorite food is an apple, but you'll go to jail for eating one, you're bound to become very obsessed about eating an apple.

I don't think its an obsession for me, personally.
