It just makes me wonder... How do they prove all of those charges? Or are they based on the homemade videos? Or do the videos just automatically prove as many counts as they feel like giving him?

There isn't enough information to even form any opinion there. Another sensationalist story with a catchy headline. But it'll be another case where he will plead guilty and that'll be the last we hear of it. And after seeing police tactics at work, I am not sure if I could even trust that to be an actual admission of guilt.

The more I think of it, the more ambiguous "homemade videos" sounds.. Could mean anything from him walking around with a video camera to tape family events to him filming himself having sex with kids. (with 305 rape charges, I guess it's the latter? Will we ever know?)

As far as the 18 year old claiming she had been molested more than 300 times.. Damn, she must have a completely photographic memory. When I was brutalized by my foster brother when I was 14/15, I just know it was between 6 and 12 times.. I can' remember each and every single incident, and that was a shitload worse than some fondling.

I can see somebody being damaged by a brutal rape, I still can't see how the alleged "same" damage from non-violent molestation isn't anything but the fact that we are trained by psychiatrists that being fondled should damage us.
