Well, for one thing there are screen readers for the blind that would do nicely, but I'm not totally blind. I use Netscape with myown font/color settings overriding those of the page. I have white on black text using about 36 point Arial Black font. I can read this pretty easily and pretty fast. I could use a screen reader, but I don't like how inhuman the voice sounds.
