Physically harm little girls, maybe. But other children? Why shouldn´t boys have sexual intercourse?

A little girl can be physically injured by having too big a penis inserted into a too small hole. Note that the adult man is not normally physically injured by trying to get his penis in - defloration hurts only the woman/girl.

But if a small penis is inserted into a large hole, neither party is physically injured. Therefore, if a boy has sexual intercourse with a woman, he is not physically injured. And if the boy is already pubescent and manages to impregnate her, then an adult woman is not suffering any worse physical injury by having a child of a pubescent boy than she would be having a child of adult man.

Also, defloration can very well hurt fully adult women. They can consent nevertheless.

And little girls often have their earlobes pierced, which hurts. They think they can put up with the pain, but that wearing earrings is fun enough, so they volunteer for it. Why cannot a little girl volunteer to be deflowered?

I believe that possessing any images should be legal, as long as you have not paid for them. Also distributing them should be legal as long as the distributor has not paid for them. In short, people should not get paid for doing harm.

Also, I believe that while death penalty should exist, there should not be death penalty for kidnapping, raping or torturing - whether of adults or of children. Any people who kidnap and rape have already too much to win by just killing their victim so that the victim tells no tale, rather than releasing the victim. If the maximum punishment is death for kidnapping and death for murder, the kidnapper has nothing to lose by murder. But note that if there is no death penalty and the maximum punishment is life imprisonment for kidnapping and life imprisonment for murder, there is also nothing to lose by murder, and a lot to win.
