And i do not know how true this is but i have heard they drug the lil kids during the forced porn which would explain the smiles. I mean if a child was being forced to have penetrative sex i doubt theyd smile.

We've all heard the stories, Shuriken. Some people in this very community are absolutely panic-stricken over the stories. But the thing is, for the most part, we only have the word of politically motivated police officers to go by, and as I noted, they have all the reason in the world to make up those stories, and they are the same people who claim that CP is a multi-billion dollar a year business, and they seem VERY reluctant to ever tell us the age of the participants (hmmmm...can this mean that the bulk of "CP" has post-pubescants who might have a genuine interest in making such films?). Of course, there are many of them who believe that ALL CP MUST be forced, and they interpret what they see based upon these a priori assumptions (e.g., if the kids are smiling, they claim the kids were "prepared").

And I'm not sure what types of drugs would make kids smile...maybe JD can answer this? I think most drugs would more likely make a kid look "out of it" rather than happy and compliant.
