It would be damn easy, under the current environment, especially in certain states including... yeah... to accuse enough people with responsibility for this, that they forced her to pee in public for their own sexual enjoyment. That might indeed be true, for all I know, but false or true, it DOES have a chance in court, so I would definitely try it if I was the parents.

I do believe that the totalitarian child sex laws there are must be used to exhaustion, for many good reasons and a couple of bad ones.

Next thing... I do believe she is likely traumatised. I don't attribute that to the act itself alone, though. I attribute that to such a body-fearing culture that public urination becomes a matter of shame...
