Many years ago, I had a business trip to a South American country and was taking a tour of the city. One of the stops was a busy Cathedral, all decked out in gold and such. There were hundreds of people going up and down the church steps. As I took a pic of the architecture, I saw a village girl, maybe 7, walk up to the side of the steps. She had a little dress on. As all the people passed, she tugged down her white panties, squatted down and PISSED right there on the steps. NO ONE noticed or seemed to care, and the girl did it as if it was the natural thing to do with no fear of being scolded or even admonished. That was the PROPER place for her to piss, it seems! I think I would have been careful where I stepped, as I didn't want to walk through a puddle of piss, which was flowing down the steps towards the street. When done, she pulled up her little panties and off she went. NO ONE NOTICED!!! But I sure did, and remember it to this day!!!
