I don't know about these people; they don't seem to be legit in their cause to destroy pedophilia. It seems like they just want to be facetious and make fun of us. This may be, as Markaba pointed out, a result of their own oppression of pedophilia, or just looking to be noticed on the Internet. The latter seems like the more logical explanation; they're just wanting attention at our expense, but they're no danger to us. Just ignore them or laugh back.
