Thanks for your reply. Please call me Student, we're on a first name basis. :)
My first question wasn't really a question, just a comment, but I did find your response very interesting. One thing though: And we always have to consider our parole hearings in that if the parole board sees a mouse instead of a lion then the chances for an early release get thrown out the window. This mouse/lion thing goes right over my head. I get the vibe you're uncomfortable talking about this, and recognize this isn't why you're here, so that will be my last question. On the other point: You will find no discrimination from me in this area. I would avoid associating with somebody who is making a point of breaking laws in the present, and certainly so if they're attracting attention to this fact, but I don't see associating with someone on a registry as more dangerous to me than someone who is otherwise "known." Frankly, I'd probably be in less danger of being followed home and harassed if I hung out with you and some other truckers, than, say, Lindsay Ashford, or someone else who puts his name "out there" and makes a point of being "this close" to being followed home by a vigilante. Not that I'm ready to go meet anyone in person, of course. I'm just using that as an example. I hadn't taken note of that, but your description gives me a good idea of what to look for. Thanks.
