“All individuals have the right to determine their own sexual behavior without societal control, provided no physical, mental, or spiritual harm is done to any participant in that behavior.”

I was going to propose that you adopt a similar statement of principles, but you beat me to it. I was going to say, "All persons have the indisputable right to determine for themselves whom to love, and how to express that love in any mutually-desired way, without fear of persecution by society nor prosecution by the law." If your church already endorses what you said above, then you're very very close. The only thing I would question is that the item 'spiritual harm' is an opening for society to decide they're disgusted by something and declare it to be 'spiritually harmful' for anyone to do it, and therefore ban whatever they dislike, thereby gutting the whole statement anyway. It is up to the participants themselves to decide whether they are harmed or not, not society. The condition after "provided..." should be mutual agreement of all participants, not some vague and twistable notion of 'spiritual' harm.
