There are some "true believers" in any cause who are honest and sincere to the core, but mistaken in their convictions.

They tend to not be hypocrites, at least not intentionally. If someone does point out their hypocritical behavior, it tends to be a spiritual crisis for them. They either give up their true belief, or they give up their hypocritical behavior.

I'm hoping that if a "true believer" does read this thread, he will see his hypocrisy and resolve it one way or the other.
