Fastmail won't let me send.

For some reason, Fastmail won't let me send the questionnaire to you. It says the content violates their rules somehow.

If you get this message in time, please send an email to me, and I'll reply with my answers. In the past, this strategem has successfully bypassed whatever roadblocks FastMail is erecting.
