Sue the complainer

I don't know about where you live, but here it's a crime to knowingly file a false police report. You also don't enjoy the normal "immunity" given to people who report child-abuse if you know you are lying.

The insanity/mental illness defense may prevent a criminal conviction but if a mentally ill person did that to me, I'd sue him. Not so much for monetary damages - there's probably nothing to collect - but to get a jury to rule that the complaint was 100% bogus.

Of course, this only if you actually are NOT a pedophile and works best if at least one non-KP aspect of the allegations - such as "he owns a computer" - is patently false.
