...that I do not like antis. I think the antis among us MAA's are a detriment to our community and towards our goals for eventual emancipation as a hated minority. Norbert is working towards MAA emancipation and youth liberation. I'm not sure what someone who is against these goals has to offer him as an artist, plain and simple. Hence, I do not consider it any kind of loss for our community if you fail to render your services as a musician to Norbert's work as an activist. As you pointed out, his goals fall in strong opposition to your own. I can't imagine Norbert or myself ever working on activism with you or others of your opinion, because we do not share the same goals, plain and simple.
Because I think antis among our community are hurting us, and I do not fully trust them (after all, they can be a CA working for John Walsh for all I know), I am not going to form friendships with any of them, nor am I going to work with them on any type of joint project. Norbert is a brave individual to be doing what he is doing, he brought a question before the board, and your post telling him that you are against his goals was hardly fruitful towards what he was asking the board about. Hence, your post in this thread aroused my ire against those who oppose MAA emancipation and youth liberation, i.e., antis, and precipitated my comment. I do not use the word "anti" as an insult, but as a truthful definition of your opinions, opinions which you yourself have revealed before. We can be civil to each other at times, but it's not always going to be possible, because we are opponents on a fundamental level. Maybe my "steam off your shit" comment was rather harsh, but considering all the harm that antis do to this community on a daily basis, that comment fully expressed my anger over having such individuals among us, and purporting to have common goals with us. Yes, I fully expect a post from 28 in the near future contending that ALL MAA's have common goals regardless of which principles they follow, but I must respectfully disagree beforehand. |
