...I haven't said much to you since the disappointment that was your legal case when you more or less rolled over for your accusers and despite the large stack of evidence you said proclaimed your innocence still lost everything you said you were hoping to save! The reason for that is because I lost a bit of respect for you that day. Like I said then, you'd already been through things with them once before and you should have known better than to think your accusers would start being fair now.

Here we are in a remarkably similar situation and quite frankly taf-kat your previous references aren't very promising. You and others may take issue with the tone or straightforwardness in which Demosthenes is making his points and asking his questions but by doing so he has already had a positive impact on these proceedings. Since he and others here have begun raising their concerns Payned has:

1) Revised the rules to allow links to sites and references that support our assertations.

2) Appointed moderators from our community--sure some of us have some concerns about the ones she has chosen but the fact remains she made that concession because people like Demosthenes raised their concerns.

3) Publically admitted Paedophile is not synonymous with molester or rapists.

These are all things that came about directly as a result of Demosthenes (yes there were others but Demosthenes here was the one making the most noise) raising his concerns. What has your approach of bending over backwards to appease those who have shown us no reason to find them trustworthy in the past achieved? Even Payned admits there are valid reasons to be concerned given the past, why are you so certain we should run blindly into the arms of those who in recent past have proclaimed us all the same? Your track record for such things, as mentioned earlier has not been very good on such things, yet here you are happily stiring the pot to see who you can rile up the most... Shall we discuss arrogance now? Whose arrogance should we discuss....
