That I asked Payned directly "are you a rapist or a non?" and explained exactly why I chose those terms? I didn't walk up to Payned and call her a rapist to her face, I simply asked her what her position was.

Have I been "too fucking harsh lately"? Possible, though doubtful. I have been honest and blunt. I do apologize if direct, blunt honesty offends you. Perhaps if you actually read what I have actually said in my posts to Payned you would see that I have been working towards a place of mutual understanding so that any open discussion of the issues would be with a base of commonality.

You may not like my methods, Ella, but you don't bloody well complain at the results, do you? We each have a place in things, and mine is to be unapologeticly direct and honest. You can be the sweet little angel that everybody wants to fawn over, but that is not for me. One of our most public activists turned on us and switched sides, one of our more militant (me, in this case) people throws out some "tough love", and the more timid diplomats publicly denounce them. Such is the way of things in this world, where the people who act to get results are necessarily reprimanded publicly so that the larger group isn't punished for he necessary actions of the few.
