It sounds like she is fostering a lot of hate in her heart. Something which is unfortunate for anyone, since often the hate when left unchecked takes the mind as its own. I wouldn't be surprised if people are sending her actual "hate mail" from the way she presents herself. Personally, I sent her a softly worded note that may or may not help her think through her hate.

I don't know what her problem is, but I feel sorry for her and her family, and for anyone who accepts blind hating as a way of life.
