Because of this, the people worth talking with are afraid of the people worth boot-stomping.

Boot-stomp the people worth boot-stomping, and you'll be left with two piles : people worth talking with who agree with you, and people worth talking with who don't agree with you.

Luckily, both of these are comprised of people worth talking with, whichever way it goes.
