if albertRoss meant by one stays on one's own side of that line, and one waits to see what crosses over of it's own accord that if a girl intitiates sexual contact then it can be accepted, then i disagree. children need to be rebuffed when they do this, for their own protection.
rebuff: To reject bluntly, often disdainfully; snub. Bad choice of vocabulary, kea. To rebuff a child wanting more than what is lawful is to make them feel guilty for wanting it in the first place. "Refuse gently and with explanation" would be more appropriate. (Notice I'm saying "more" appropriate - not "most" appropriate.) ![]() |
