In "my" defence, all I can say is that I have had my own problems recently, and my eye has been taken off the ball with regards to other matters on GC.
I am also unfamiliar with US legal procedure, so cannot offer any constructive advice or comment on the rather technical nature of the text.
Kevin isa often in my thoughts (I think he knows this) but I do agree that it is heartening to see a lot of responses to a post one makes about a legal matter - I can vouch for that through bitter experience.
