I think this is somehow what happened to the class action against the banks in Vancouver, it got denied, but it is still alive, I don't know the details...

Do you have a "plan B"?
I think you can sue as a human being, and represent your juridical personality, if I remember well, you wouldn't have to spend enormous amounts of money to pay for a lawyer, but you need to know what you're doing.
