no amount of money can ever undo the trauma that your family has been put through, especially with regards to your child, but at least its a start in the right direction(assuming you win of course.) i find it sad that such people who claim the childs welfare is of utmost importance didnt consider the longtime trauma posed by a forceful removal. just reward in my eyes would be to remove one of their beloved and hold them in an undisclosed location for the same amount of time that your child has been traumatized, but we know the law is rarely equal. furthermore, any married parties on their side should have their marriages disolved for ruining your relationship with your wife, and they should be forbidden to remarry that particular spouse. wouldnt that be nice? well, the money is not much, but at least it is an admission of fault and it goes on record for future arguements in court. precedent and all that jazz...(rolls his eyes at the "legal" system) basically they ruin your life and they get a slap on the wrist. well, its Amerikkka,so what do you expect? take what you can get..
im sending you love, light, and positive energy. good luck. ![]() |
