I'm glad you're continuing to write down your thoughts, feelings and perceptions of this situation. Often, chronicling the effects of such things is the only way others will have of understanding your pain and the hurt caused by others who do NOT understand.

As for Rick Roberts, he isn't worth the dirt on my shoes. Even so, maybe he's feeling an eensy modicum of remorse about destroying your family for no good reason, and now he's justifying it to himself with the "cry for help" argument.
