why are we not yet properly represented?
we are, in actual plain fact, a persecuted minority. per documented evidence and incontrovertible testimony it can be clearly shown that ignorance and prejudice in these matters has, in far too many instances, created significant harm to both adults and children, where in fact there was none, orginally, to be found. do we not, as the victims of these errors, have a right to demand equal representation? not in court - it is usually far too late by the time these things reach the courts - but in the investigation itself. C0 mentioned legally sanctioned organisations - this sort of thing is in that bailiwick - i think.. there ought to be at least one peer selected and registered child-centric operative included in every investigative effort involving a child or children, and whose perspectives must be considered by all concerned. |
