Something similiar happened to white supremist Tom Metzger that is happening to NAMBLA. Someone read his material and even though it wasn't violent or advocated violating the law, he was sued by the victims of people who went out and killed a black man. The ACLU didn't come running to him or help him and he lost, they took everything he owned.

I guess Freedom of Speech is only for those you agree with.
