Of course there isnt so its going to be through a long standing family friendship gaining the trust of the parents and the trust and the love of the child,But even if paedophilia is legalised then you will get few parents who will agree to their little princess being shown the art of love-making
We can teach children how to love,how it is to be loved and indeed show them how to have sex but there is only a very small minority of parents that would let us anywhere near their child as "caring paedophiles" so thats going to relegate it to the adult/child secret which is how it generally works now
Sorry to sound negative(and you know how I feel on special relationships)but even in my wildest dreams I cannot ever see that happening with the parents knowledge as they would rather brush thier childs sexuality under the carpet until finally forced to confront it but by then of course its too late for us to guide them and everyone loses out
