GirlChat #236878
For some time now it has been a concern of mine that there seems to be an unstated assumption by many (so it seems to me from many of the posts I have read) that "spirituality" and girl love were somehow necessarily contrary to one another.
As I don't feel this to be the case I have raised the issue of the possibility of being an MAA without having to self identify or even pretend to be a "materialist" or an "atheist" in order to appear to others as being philosophically consistent as being an MAA. I mean as though having a "spiritual" orientation" in regards to ones over all life in general somehow made one hypocritical in the matter of their erotic attraction to LGs and AGs. Much of this attitude, as you pointed out so well to Pat below is, I believe, predicated upon a shallow conception and understanding of what "spirituality" is all about.
