Research shows that many children, especially girls, who have sexual awakenings at the hands of an adult partner, have serious emotional problems later on in life.

Can you please define "many"? Does that mean 90% of those who had such experiences? 10%? Or just simply that there are at least 100 such children in total in the USA?

Also, can you please give me a reference to the research you're talking about?

I have searched far and wide for scientific proof that sexual experiences harm children, and I have found zero. Every paper I've found that is supposed to talk about it is written by a fool who knows nothing about doing science.
