Cosdidered response (kudos Celebrator + All Eyes)

Wow, you guys (Celebrator & All Eyes) certainly wax poetic!
-- Not just poetic, but your arguments and dissertations are invariably contemplative, thoughtful and structured.

Whenever All Eyes precedes my response - especially to a new individual, I am left with few words, because he expresses a similar agenda with such eloquence and proficiency...

There are some very bright folks in this group. And me thinks that you are two examples.

Now, concerning statements by Captain Obvious (that's your handle-?)...
I am having difficulty deciding if I agree with you that my predilection for 5 to 10 year old girls is a "glitch in the system". I am generally in agreement with the sociobiological threory of subconscious motivations based on propagation. But first, I want to distinguish between two terms:

a) Deviant = Deviates from the majority, or simply "in the minority"
b) Perverse = Twisted, Disgusting, Abhorrent
c) Glitch = Aberration; Error: Unusual instance that defies the intended design

The delightful joy that I take in young girls is (a) but certainly not (b). And I would only acknowledge (a) if you accept my benign description. But you are asking if I admit to being (c). Was I a mistake?

And I do understand that you mean it without any judgment - for better or worse. You made that very clear. After all, natural selection probably produced eyesight and opposable thumbs. At one time, the steps toward these useful organs were essentially aberrations.

To call me a mistake (again, I am not at all insulted), requires that you are privy to the design specification. That is, you have access to the word of God, or alternatively, you believe so firmly in a natural order that arose (from natural selection-?), that you are certain it does not intend a wide variation of independent results in the psycho-sexual makeup of humanity.

Lets put aside the God angle. You said you were not a bible thumper, and it would certainly be difficult to debate with anyone who claims familiarity with His design. That leaves natural order. To debate this point, we need to agree on our differentiator (i.e. what is the difference between us that you could find unnatural)?

You find some 13 year old girls sensual. To paraphrase your letter, the shape of their Coke bottle torso triggers your desire to procreate.

I like the thought of cuddling with a 7 year old girl. For me, the added innocence to her laughter and sense of wonder in her discovery, and the non-judgemental nature of most children in general is an exhilarating fantasy.

Is that such a major difference? Perhaps. A glitch in the system? Who knows. Am I dangerous to little girls. Of course not. Would I realize my fantasy to a sexual conclusion. No. Not because I fear the condemnation of our society - but because the condemnation of our society would make the LG fear her sexuality (and me as well).
