Another issue, specifically with the ancap communities from what I've seen, is that opponents of the ancaps (ancaps and libertarians, valuntarists, agorists, etc.) say they support pedophiles and child rape. Since more members from ancap communities are willing to look at it more critically. The ancap philosophies also essentially allow for consensual intergenerational relationships either with guardian approval or not (depends on the type of ancap).

With this in mind many of those in the ancap camp will vehemently denounce anything to do with paedosexuality to avoid the "pro-pedophile" label which is essentially a social destroyer these days. Such a label can kill a movement which is also why youth rights advocates often display huge amounts of hypocrisy when they deny a child's sexual rights.
