I've had times (much of the last couple of years) where my reactions to thoughts and surroundings has been very anxious and distressed. I would have emotional trouble/turmoil stemming from my thoughts and reactions to thoughts. Now I am more calm in the same situations.
Surely it won't be just you, though, to many, it may be difficult to put themselves in your place, since one's state of mind determines a lot how one experiences the world. I'm sorry you feel that way, and I hope you'll come to feel better. |
