It seems like the smallest disagreement will move me almost to tears and I suffer from high anxiety

I certainly do not like quarrels, disagreement or even debate, but they don't move me to tears, I just feel pissed of and, yes, anxious. And I have learned to tolerate disagreement to some extent - people just have different opinions, and I must accept it.
