I'm not sure what injustice it is that he gets retribution for. The information I have gathered from what is linked to is:
- he "pleaded guilty in 2002 to attempted sexual battery involving two victims under the age of 12", and
- he "asserted his innocence" saying "'sometimes people are wrongly accused'".

Sexual battery sounds like a nasty thing. I assume the law has treated him according to him pleading guilty.
I know a bit about how society treats offenders, but how unjust that treatment is depends on what the offender is guilty of.

Why he pleaded guilty for something like that if he didn't do it, I don't know. I'd welcome to enlightenment.
