"Forbidden Flowers" by Nancy Friday includes a few descriptions of childhood sexuality (alongside plenty of adult content as well), and nobody ever got in legal trouble in the U.S. for publishing or possessing it.

She wrote some other books as well, which may have had similar descriptions, although since I haven't read those books, I wouldn't know.
