I think its a great idea...but to be carefully planned and thought out before 'raising the flag.'

Think about the Foundations' principles and milestones...its very Charter.

Suggest it be an online agenda and not raising a 'real & present' flag in downtown Chicago, Paris, or Hong Kong....
