You will need anonymous donation. Look into bitcoin. If you're an open foundation, you can also do the PO box thing.

3. Have a much clearer business plan than the one you posted here, and financial transparency.

The donor base is probably going to care.

..and yes, you can start an open foundation fairly anonymously, it's just a moderately expensive startup.
