Age has few benefits, or even compensations. One compensation, as griff pointed out is decline of sex drive (however, we don't yet know Markaba's definition of sex drive). One benefit is that you can now confidently state that you don't want to have sex with a real live little girl (the example used was a 10yo) and be believed.
